What does furnished living include?
Our coliving spaces come fully furnished with modern amenities. Each resident enjoys a private, secure bedroom, while common areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared.
Are utilities included in the rent?
We handle all utility bills, including electricity, water, high-speed internet, and regular cleaning services. This allows you to focus on your studies or career without worrying about extra costs.
Can I get a flexible lease?
Yes, we offer flexible lease terms to accommodate various needs. We have options ranging from 6 to 12 months with a minimum lock-in period of 75% of the stay.
How do I apply to live?
Simply send us a WhatsApp message, specify your needs, schedule a property tour, and provide us with the necessary paperwork. The keys can be handed over once your application reviewal and the initial payments have been processed.
Who typically lives in your coliving spaces?
Our community includes students, working professionals, and remote workers, both from across India and abroad, who are seeking a hassle-free, social living environment.
How often is cleaning done?
Regular cleaning of common areas and bedrooms is done every day, and deep cleaning of the entire apartment is done monthly.
Can I move in with my furniture or belongings?
Yes, you're welcome to bring personal items or small furniture. However, since the apartments are fully furnished, large furniture may not be necessary.
Are meals included in the rent?
Meals are not included by default, but you can opt for our monthly meal plans or pay the cook who prepare meals in your kitchen.
Is laundry service available?
Yes! On-site laundry machines are available, and we also offer professional laundry and dry-cleaning services for clothes and footwear at a nominal charge.
Can I schedule a tour before booking?
Of course! You can schedule a physical or virtual tour via WhatsApp or our website. We recommend checking availability early, as spots fill up quickly.
What happens if something breaks or needs repair?
Just raise a maintenance request through WhatsApp or our portal. Repairs and maintenance are included in your rent and handled promptly at no extra cost.
Are coliving spaces co-ed?
No, Pier Coliving does not offer unisex accommodation. We provide gender-specific living spaces to ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our residents
